Bedford Arts Choir is The Complaints Choir of Bedford!
Complaints Choir has become an international phenomenon which originated in Finland. There is an expression in Finnish vocabulary “valituskuoro”, which translates as “complaints choir” and it describes situations where a number of people are complaining simultaneously. From this expression the concept of the Complaints Choir, where a real group of people come together to sing their complaints, grew.
Come along to Bedford Esquires on Thursday 30th April to hear us air the complaints of the people of Bedford! We will also be showcasing some of our favourite Songs From The Wooden Hill – a collection of traditional songs from the local area, alongside contemporary songs written by talented local songwriters arranged specially for Bedford Arts Choir.
