TONIGHT!!!! Midnight Messiah + Dry ’til Friday @ Bedford Esquires

Midnight Messiah are a British hard rock/metal band formed in 2012. They released their highly appreciated debut album ‘The Root of All Evil’ in 2013 receiving both excellent audience reactions at shows and festivals throughout the UK and Europe as well as positve and highly rated reviews from music press and bloggers.
Founder members of the NWOBHM band Elixir, Paul Taylor (vocals) and Phil Denton (guitar), joined forces with the younger and highly regarded talents of Dave Strange (lead guitar), Darren Lee (drums) and Alex Machell (bass) to create a combination of hard hitting riffs influenced by the likes of Black Sabbath, Rainbow and Judas Priest incorporating the melodic feel of such bands as Thin Lizzy and UFO.
This combination of players and music has drawn many comparisons, but most importantly the band has been appreciated for a performance and sound that spans the past and represents the future in classic rock and heavy metal music.
